WEBSITE for Dr.Yasser Shaban Medical Resort
We had the opportunity to work with Professor Yasser Shaban, an esteemed engineering professor, to design and manage his website. My work included creating a website that allowed Professor Shaban to sell his courses, add classes and webinars, and offer certifications online to students all over the world.
Marketing Planning and Strategy with SWAT Analysis
At the outset, we performed a comprehensive assessment of the current marketing scenario of Dr.Yasser Shaban using the SWAT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. This helped us to recognize the Project notable strengths, including its superior service quality and exceptional customer service, along with some areas that require development, such as its limited brand recognition in Egypt and MENA. We utilized this analysis to create a focused marketing plan and strategy that capitalizes on the strengths of project while also addressing its weaknesses.
